Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want Lampling to be an easy yes. Here is exactly how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

Your free trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and we send a reminder before it ends. If you cancel before the trial is over, you are never charged.

How billing works

When your trial ends, your plan begins and your card is charged automatically. It then renews on the same schedule (monthly or yearly, whichever you chose) until you cancel. We send a reminder before the trial converts, so you are never charged by surprise, and you can see your renewal date any time on your billing page.

How to cancel

Cancel any time from Manage subscription on your billing page, or just reply to any email from us, or write to hello@lampling.com. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

When you cancel, your plan stops at the end of the current billing period and that period is not refunded. You keep full access until it ends. Because we remind you before the trial converts and you can cancel any time, you always have a chance to avoid a charge you do not want.

That said, we are a small family business and we care about doing right by you. If something genuinely went wrong, a mistake on our end or a hard situation, just email hello@lampling.com and we will do our best to make it right.
