Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want Lampling to be an easy yes. Here is exactly how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

Your free trial

Every plan starts with a 5-night free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and we send a reminder before it ends. If you cancel before the trial is over, you are never charged.

How billing works

When your trial ends, your plan begins and renews automatically (monthly or yearly, whichever you chose) until you cancel. You can see your renewal date any time on your billing page.

How to cancel

Cancel any time from Manage subscription on your billing page, or just reply to any email from us, or write to hello@lampling.com. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If you were charged and are not happy, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. More than anything, we want to make it right, so reach out and we will take care of you.
